Her career began at Braintrust, where she quickly rose from Coordinator to Manager, helping shape the social and PR presence of top hospitality and lifestyle brands. She then spent four years at MGM Resorts International, managing social for Bellagio, ARIA, and Vdara, and leading high-impact campaigns for some of Las Vegas’ biggest moments—Formula 1, Super Bowl LVIII, and NHL All-Star Weekend. She also helped open some of the Strip’s most talked-about venues, including The Pinky Ring by Bruno Mars, The Vault, Cathédrale, and Proper Eats. Her proudest achievement? Bringing home the first (and only) Emmy Award in MGM’s history. Now back where it all started (with her fluffy sidekick Ghost never far behind), Iolanda brings both corporate muscle and creative spark to every project—helping brands show up, stand out, and stay relevant.
