The Challenge Was Clear, Start At The Beginning.

The City of Las Vegas had a powerful story, but it was being overshadowed by the Strip. To reach entrepreneurs, developers, and investors, the RDA needed a distinct voice, a sharper message, and a stronger reason to believe.

This is Las Vegas

This is the city where care is coveted, creativity finds its muse, and history is made again and again. “This is Las Vegas” is our tagline in the sand and a direct challenge to the Strip’s fantasy, as this message reclaims our position as the Real Las Vegas and invites all to live, work, and play here.

The campaign launched across an integrated system built to reach business prospects wherever they were in their decision process.

PR placements put the City’s story in front of developers and investors through trade media. Collateral and print executions, including a redesigned business development presentation and ward spotlight materials, gave the city
a pitch as sharp as its positioning.
