World Cocktail Day Event at Bistro Alder

Bistro Alder at Dossier Hotel hosted an exclusive cocktail experience on June 18th, bringing together 18 of Portland’s top food and lifestyle influencers. The intimate gathering celebrated National Craft Spirits Week while showcasing the hidden gem’s newest beverage offerings. Guests enjoyed interactive demonstrations and tastings, plus took home personalized gift bags filled with curated items.
