If Braintrust had a mantra, it would most likely be, “Ashley Aradas is the best.” Beloved and respected by all, Ashley is the heart and soul of our creative team and has helped lead our design execution for over 10 years. An ADDY-Award-winning designer, Ashley’s greatness is easy to see in her work, and she uses her kindness, patience, and passion to design impactful creations and guide our creative teams.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, Ashley is a mentor to the design team, giving them direction, answering questions, and proofing client work. She oversees day-to-day operations on big and small projects, as well as helping develop brands and campaigns for clients like Colonial Williamsburg, Arm in Arm, Nevada State Bank, and many more.

Most recently, Ashley proudly fulfilled her dream by designing the totally radical cover for Franky Perez’s Crossing the Great Divide. Ashley’s copy of the vinyl is proudly displayed in her living room, hopefully serving as a reminder that she’s still the best.
