Katie Stambaugh truly is our office lifeline. She makes staying on top of everything look easy, even outside of the workplace. A wonderful mother to two young children, Katie loves to travel with her family all over the country and experience what life has to offer.

As Vice President of Finance & Operations, Katie oversees everything from human resources to accounting here at Braintrust. Katie’s forethought and preparedness help ensure that we’re consistently meeting the expectations of our clients and ourselves. Her two decades of industry experience help guide our internal and external protocols to create better work environments for our team and our clients. Whether it’s engaging with clients, reviewing proposals, or drafting scopes of work, Katie uses her authentic insights and smart perspectives to direct our agency to success.

To top it all off, Katie also serves as the Executive Chef of Braintrust. We’re always looking forward to her special soup Thursdays and her love for cuisine continues to shine through her amazing cooking skills. We think we can speak for her family as well when we say—we’re so lucky to have her.
